I am a self employed experienced Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the provision of training and consultancy services to food businesses. Whether hospitality, retail food outlet or artisan food manufacturing I can help you.
Skilled in Food Safety, Food Allergen & HACCP training, I am a training account holder for Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and approved trainer for Highfield. I offer face to face, blended or online learning as appropriate and as suits the business and candidate needs.
I also offer consultancy services including food safety audits, advice, guidance and production of operational manuals, procedures and HACCP plans bespoke for your business.
My background and knowledge as a consultant is enhanced by many years working in hospitality and support services industries before going over to “the dark side” of food safety so I understand both sides of the story!!
I am a registered provider for North East Business Support Fund (NBSL) so funding may be available towards project costs.
